Terms of Services

  1. Payment after approved sketch. This is to avoid miscommunication between the client and the artist. If the client refused to proceed with the commission after sending the sketch, the artist will demand 30% of the full payment.

  2. Commission are for personal use only.

  3. As the artist, I have the right to share my work in my portfolio and on social media, unless we agree otherwise. Final artwork will be posted with a watermark.

  4. If the commissioned artwork is used (e.g. as a profile icon, banner, etc.), the client must credit the artist (@Ghosty_boop/Boo).

  5. My art is allowed to be printed but for only none-commercial use only.

  6. Updates will be sent from sketch up to line art. Any revisions after this stage may have an additional fee.

  7. No claiming or selling illustration as your own.

  8. Final artwork will be sent through email or depends on the customer's request.

  9. Usual canvas size is 1240x1754 for bust up and half body and 2048x2048 for headshot with 300dpi (can be changed to the clients preference)

  10. Additional charges for background, additional character and extra details.

  11. DO NOT FEED ANY OF MY COMMISSIONED ART INTO AI WEBSITE(s) and Apps, trace or subject it to NFT. (Would you really go that low? That's just sad.)

Modes of Payment

PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL-Once the sketch is approved, the artist will send an invoice to the client via Paypal.-Payment is in USD ($)PAYMENT VIA GCASH-Once the sketch is approved, the artist will send a QR code to the client.-Payment is converted to Peso (₱)Note:Full/ Down payment after sketch.Accepts 50/50 Payment (50% after sketch, 50% before final artwork)
